In South Florida-
Palm Beach (Palm Beach County)
Pinecrest (Miami-Dade County)
Coral Gablres (Miami-Dade County)
Naples (Collier County)
Marco Island (Collier County)
Bal Harbour (Miami-Dade County)
Golf (Palm Beach County)
Aventura (Miami-Dade)
Coral Springs (Broward County)
Palm Beach Gardens (Palm Beach County)
Boca Raton (Palm Beach County)
North Key Largo (Monroe Count)
Tequesta (Palm Beach County)
Oak Point (Broward County)
Jupiter (Palm Beach County)
Pelican Bay (Collier County)
Sanibel (Lee County)
Sea Ranch Lakes (Broward County)
Fisher Island (Miami-Dade County)
Manalapan (Palm Beach County)
Captiva (Lee County)
Ocean Ridge (Palm Beach County)

Overall it is easy to see that Palm Beach County probablly has the most rich areas all together despite some high-crime low income areas (belle glade, riveria beach, parts of west palm beach)

I would post in the Orlando forum if I were you. But to answer your question, upscale areas near Orlando are Windermere, Oviedo, Dr. Phillips, and Winter Park.

I guess maybe 2 out of 6 isn't that bad?

Coconut Grove, Mid Beach (especially everything along Alton drive), Bal Harbour, South Beach South of 5tg, Palm Beach, parts of Sarasota. That's pretty much it for easily accessible communities. There are aa few more smaller enclaves of really wealthy communities, but most of the ones people typically name are upper middle class.

Really, though, depending on the kind of food you provide, targeting the wannabe millionaires might be a better bet. The upper middle class consumers far more than the truly wealthy, and are far less discerning. That means you can keep your costs down, and sell more. In that regard, it might be better to go to coal gables out Pinecrest where the fatties who think their Corvette qualifies as a luxury car will probably keep your margins looking awesome.

I don't think placing a restaurant around wealthy neighborhoods will make an ahead of the game business. Just put a regular "El Palacio de los jugos" restaurant type and you will attract rags as flies to the feces and you will be rolling in it.
