Good initiative, horrible rolling out of the program. Not only was it slightly delayed due to the county not approving it at first (lol, btw) but it has led to a lot of routes to have increased wait times and reduced services.

I've seen and heard a lot of complaints, and it's also crazy how in a major city, I've seen wait times of 40 to 100! Minutes for public transit, it's unacceptable.
