My favorite in Miami has to be Edge in Brickell. Highly recommended. It’s become the go-to for me and my son when we are down there for soccer games!

As far as new restaurants, I really like MAMO—a NYC outpost. The rigatoni amitriciana is off the charts.

Bouchon Bistro in the Gables is another good new one. Good food, fair value considering the pedigree.

Not necessarily a single resto, but now that I'm back in Miami, I tried Julia and Henry's with my family.. Definitely a cool concept but the food was a hit or miss, the wife disliked most of the food and the design is atrocious (too cramped, narrow) they definitely packed in a little too much into the space given. what did you all think? (if anyone of you have been there)

- Hitchihaika was pretty good, nice to see Miami get some good Asian food. Not my favourite, but still good
- June Burger- dry
- La Latina- had better arepas elsewhere
- Palmar- decent, had better

Don't get me started on the sweets, holy overpriced.

Did enjoy Boxelder, pretty good beers.

My score would be 3/5, wife was 2/5, the "kids" had it at 3.5/5.
