Sunny Isles Beach affordable condo buildings across the street from the Skyscrapers (Winston: to rent)

Does anybody here live in the Sunny Isles Beach condo buildings across the street from the skyscrapers on the beach?

In the buildings such as: Winston Towers, Coastal Towers, Arlen House Condominium, Porto Bellagio Condos, Plaza of Americas, etc?

We are looking to move here, the goal is first to rent for 6 month to see how we like it and then possibly to continue to rent or even to buy a condo.

We are a 30 year old couple with a small baby, our goal is that we are walking distance from the beach (max 15 minutes walk) and that it's a safe area, in a building that has pool and gym.

Please let me know how do you feel if you own or rent there, and if there are any other condo buildings nearby where we could get what we want for $2500 a month.
