Hello everybody, I have thought about claims adjuster, real state agent, but a lot of people tell it's slow and not worth it cause it's a little stuck now.

I'm thinking about RBT (Register behavior technician) or Human resources (let it be a recruiter)Digital marketing but I don't want to spend money on a course that is not guarantee that I will find a job, I need something short with good pay that is worth it.

What can you recommend, any thoughts?!!

What do you have background experience in and what is your financial target? If you already know a specific field there are things you can do to further specialize to increase income.

Like for example, you could learn medical coding but it's a little hard to break into unless you have some related background that could land you into a transitional job.

If you have a background in child care you could become a professional nanny or newborn care specialist, doula.

If you are interested in health care you can do many one or two year courses that will ultimately get you something decent like MIR tech, ect. In the meantime could quickly start out as CNA or phlebologist then Medical assistant but pay is not high starting out.

If you are leaning in towards self employment you could try becoming a notary signing agent. Or start another low investment business using an existing skill or try ecommerce, vending machines, etc. You probably need to narrow down your interest and define some goals before you get clear about it.

Do you think Real Estate is a good market to get a course in now here in Miami?, compared to for example register behavior technician (Rbt)?

I can't comment about real estate but RBT is a pretty low paying job, do you have someone helping to support you? Look for something you can make a living off of.

Street level pharmaceutical sales rep (aka drug dealer)
Build up a client base and they will come back daily. Recruit others and create a great MLM income stream. Very minimal investment required!

If I was younger with better knees, I'd learn plumbing. I just had a plumber in my place for 1/2 hour, total charged was $400.
