Hi, I a little confused about this but here it goes,,,,,I recently paid a red light traffic fine citation, unfortunately I never received a letter stating that I had a fine, so basically I came to see this fine 2 months after the date that I owed it which led my license to be suspended on it's effective date.

So this past Wednesday I payed the full amount to the clerk of courts, then the sanction clearance on Flhsmv, which I assume is the same as license reinstatement, and my license went back to Valid the same day I payed both fees on the Dmv website and the clerk of court.

My question is can I drive without any issues now?, cause on google it says that the reinstatement takes 5 to 11 days, but on the other hand a family member told me that if I payed and it says valid again that I can drive normally again.( Note: another thing that confused me was the sanction clearance receipt which are the 60 dollars of reinstatement said: ''you should receive your paid items within 7 to 10 business days, what would I receive? my license is not expired yet until two more years, unless that when a license goes suspended they send you a new one??

You're fine. I had something similar happen where my car insurance information was provided to the state of FL by the car insurance company. I had no idea until I went to register my car online and saw my license was "suspended". I provided the insurance info. over an automated phone line and the suspension was removed immediately.
