Happy Holidays!

This isn't holiday related but wanted to mention what I saw today outside the Dadeland Mall. On the west side of US1 crossing northbound through the intersection of Kendall Drive (SW 88th St), I saw a robot! It was about the size of a child's wagon and about 3 feet high. It didn't look like a typical robot, it looked like a closed in rectangular wagon. It had a sign on the back stating "Robots That Deliver". It crossed that big intersection, turned left onto the sidewalk in front of the mall, then turned right into the mall probably on 72nd Avenue. It was fun watching it roll by itself. When I'm out walking, I walk about 3mph and it was going slightly faster.

Robots will be taking our jobs in the that not too distant future.

We've had those robots delivering food on the Purdue University campus for years.
