I've been looking for a particular cuisine as a title on my entrepreneur's plan.
Could you guys suggest which popular in Miami, there thus I could pick up the best one making the plans counted.

Not sure I can specify a particular cuisine but two of my go to restaurants in that area are Fiola (Italian) and Root & Bone (Southern).

How can you have a discussion of good cuisine in Miami and miss the specific cuisines which have been a success in South Florida: i.e. Argentinean, Peruvian, Colombian, Cuban, or Jamaican?
