Co-working doing well in Miami. We took down a WeWork for my team. Works well for our needs at the moment.

I loved it when I had my office in there in South Beach before they closed it. The Brickell one was nice in the CityCentre area for hosting events or meet ups, but was much pricier.

Surprised they don't have one on the West Coast in Naples or Ft Myers. A wealthy family built a knock-off called Venture X and is spreading across the country now. The Naples one has a 1 year waiting list for a private 1 or 2 person office so the demand is obviously there. They also have a podCast room you can rent for $40/hour.

I think WeWork would have been profitable by now if not for the crazy CEO. That HULU show was wild and they're turning a corner now that people are going back to the office this year.
