What a waste. You'll be moving back to wherever you come from within 2 to 3 years. Not just Miami, but all of South FL is ridiculous expensive and overcrowded. So glad I got out when I did. Although I owned a home, I wouldn't have taken a beating like everyone does now with rent and mortgage. But everything else has sky rocketed down there.

And just think of all the hundreds of thousands of dollars you lost in appreciation since you left the city you hate 7-8 years ago. I bought a condo on Miami Beach right around the time you departed Miami that I sold last year for double the price. And the house I bought in the City of Miami in 2016 has also doubled in value just since then. In fact, we had toyed with the idea of selling it last summer and the market value has risen $150k just since then.

It's downright hilarious that you hate Miami so much that you continue to post negative comments in this forum 7+ years after leaving.

I see that a lot and its mostly just Miami. Only 1 person hangs around the Naples forum after moving out 1+ year ago. I moved away from Orlando in 2009 after 23 years and never looked back. I couldn't imagine hanging around the Orlando forum complaining about I-4 & Disney/housing prices
