My friend and I will be visiting Miami soon. I'm flying out from California, he is coming from San Jose, Costa Rica. I have the task of looking for tickets for the both of us today since he is at work. We want to purchase them asap. Only thing is, he is aleady at work and I'm not sure...what is a "good price" from Costa Rica to Miami? His flight is much shorter duration than mine, but it's obviously international. I'm finding around $270 RT for me (but that's not what I need help with). I've never flown internationally, so I'm not sure if I should expect his to be more or not. Prices that have shown up for him have been around $380. Is that good? Our dates are not flexible...November 15-18. I'm pretty good at looking around for deals, using the right websites/getting coupons, etc. I just don't know what range I should be aiming for. Anyone flown this route? What did you pay?
