I second this. If the unemployment keeps getting worse Miami will be declared foreclosure city. I live in West Kendall and the amount of foreclosured homes here is astonishing. But the banks are hold them believing that everthing is going to be like 2006. In their dreams!

thomas it's more complicated than that, banks know very well they are not gonna get 2006 prices. this video is old but it's the kind of crap banks have to deal if they don't take their time to do things right
