Though I stay in Metro Atlanta now, Downtown Macon has really come a long way from where is was 10-15 years ago. There is so much going on it's really good to see. Cherry St is very vibrant.

Amazing to see the development success of downtown Macon. Once the new downtown hotel begins construction and adding the planned apartments it’ll put many more feet downtown. It’s the only vibrant urban core in Middle Ga. I try to support downtown businesses as often as I can.

Another new boutique hotel coming to downtown Macon-The Woodward Hotel, it will offer nine rooms in the heart of downtown on Second Street and Mulberry Street Lane; there is also Quill, the hotel's proprietary bar behind the Woodward, Quill is spread out over two floors, the ground floor having more of a laid back, lounge type setting and the rooftop bar offers breezy atmosphere and a nice view of downtown.
