The next time your toilet overflows at your next BBQ, with all your guests having to pee on the side of the shed.

In my house in Babylon, we had leaching lines put in so the cesspool(s) wouldn't fill up so quickly. It worked well for us! But you do need a good sized property so the lines are long enough...

Rarely due to the elevation...just being proactive.

What did you pay last?

You'll know..... but you should have it done before you have to clean up your basement or 1st floor or whereever the lowest drain is in your house...

Our old cesspool needs to be pumped out twice a year as well. Sometimes you have poor drainage and as the pool ages it doesn't leach out as well as it used to.
We just had it done yesterday...$440 (no tax if cash) pumping and chemicals.

We know it needs to be done as we can hear gurgling in the pipes - at least it's a nicer warning than actually having sewage in the basement!
