Hi. Appreciate feedback on Patchogue LIRR _ what is the weekday parking like in the mornings and is it to safe to leave your car there and come home from Manhattan later in the evening? Patchogue itself seems to have an average crime rate but commuter lots can sometimes have issues. Thanks.
Patchogue was on the upswing for a while there with the downtown gentrification and increased entertainment/nightlife and such, but according to a close buddy of mine that lives in the village, he said it’s starting to get a little rough again.
I realize you didn't ask about this but commuting from Patchogue is rough. Has house already been purchased? You would think you could get something comparable in western suffolk.

Just drive to Ronkonkoma... straight up Patchogue-Holbrook Road.
+1 for Ronkonkoma train station. Much better more frequent service and parking. Same drive
