you listen to the music and you follow it to the source of where its playing from, its not like its the crime of the century
the city is even worse, ever seen the look on the face of someone who has just been told there will be construction in NYC fort he next 7 years next to the apartment they just leased or bought?
there is no relief from that
I’m a sound engineer. Problem here is that the music is played from a car, different songs different streets. It’s done intentionally to **** people off and to send a message that they are here. Nothing else .
It’s like nails on a chalkboard combined with being stabbed in the ear with an ice pick, and then pouring nail polish remover in your ears. It’s quite barbaric.

Actually I didn't mean it in jest. She had stage 4 lung cancer and was in excruciating pain and was really suffering. If she had to lay there listening to blasting mariachi band music 24/7 while laying there in pain trying to rest after getting chemo, that would have been hell on earth. I would have probably lost it and turned into a female version of Walter from Grand Torino and went after them. Thankfully I stayed out of jail, lol.

Cops are aware and will be looking into it.
