My friend's son just started there as a 9th grader. He's not loving it. But that could be that he was in crappy wild no rules public schools from 1-8th grade and now a lil old fashion discipline isn't to his liking.

On a more serious note, it's a great alternative to sending your kid amongst the animals of public school.

Thank you for responding. We have visited various Catholic schools in the general area and really like St. Mary’s but we don’t know anyone who’s attended the elementary school so was hoping for some firsthand feedback, but thank you so much for commenting on the HS.

If you can get a spot at private school, just take it. If it's not the right fit you can always go back to public school. The reverse it not true. If you pass that spot up it might not come back around so soon.
