These ugly Spotted Lantern Flies are EVERYWHERE!! (Babylon: eat, backyard)

How do I get rid of them? My backyard has a few bushes and I think there's a nest in there. But I see them crawling all over my siding too. Can they lay eggs underneath it?

Unfortunately, I think the genie is out. I am seeing here in Babylon as well. The good thing is they seem to be harmless to people. The bad thing is they eat plants. Because they are non-native to Long Island, they are kill on sight and I got a few already. But I think it is hopeless, it is like trying to put a finger in a dyke.
