I had a client come into my office the other day with an n-95 mask. I said you don't need your mask. Guy said that's ok i am super paranoid about catching anything. Guy was like 40 years old. It was hard to understand him with that mask on and my hearing is not great so i had him speak loud. Lol.

I left LI. Moved upstate. Way upstate. Still too many downstaters overtaking the area so between that and just the other commie nonsense going on with this lunatic governor, we decided it’s best to just get out altogether. And that’s that.

Lol finally heading to FL so you can hit Disney world every day? In all seriousness I think you are going to find there is little place to run, any desirable affordable place no matter how secret will have people you don’t like moving to the area eventually. Good luck though
I can kinda see where politics seeps into this, but I don’t know why it has such power along political lines. It’s so divorced from politics for me that I can’t bridge the gap. The mandates suck, but projecting onto the masks themselves, the emotion around it…it feels like flooding the zone with nothingburger.

Oh no…I found THE perfect place. And I’ll never tell. But it’s definitely NOT Florida or any of the obvious Ex-Yank destinations. Was not planned either. Just kinda found it by happenstance, fell in love, went home and immediately through the sign on the lawn. I’ll probably check out the CD forums every once in a blue moon but I’ve been pretty much over CD for a while now. It’s just played out. Life is much better without the internet.

Lol well hopefully this is your last move and your new place dosent get invaded as well, it’s not easy to keep any place a secret these days. And with telework more people can move anywhere. And I agree CD is played out, old school forums like this are fading away. Most discussions today have long moved to social media.
