I haven't been in the Stony Brook area in ages. Now that Stony Brook has remote classes or partial remote classes, what has happened to the homes where students rented out rooms? Are they empty? Did students take advantage of dorm vacancies? I know these students caused problems for surrounding homeowners. What have the landlords done with these homes?
