Brookhaven Board of Zoning Appeals timeframe for CO? (Ovid: buying, inspection)

Has anyone had to go through the Brookhaven Board of Zoning Appeals in order to get a CO for existing work?

How long did it take to get the CO after approval?

We just want to close already, we've been in contract to buy since April!

Unless someone has just recently done it there’s no way to get an easy answer due to COVID. Did you call the office and are they picking up?

I tried calling a few times yesterday. I think everyone checked out for the weekend.
Tuesday looks like the next day I'll be able to try for some answers.

I can't really blame the town, they are always going to take some time. I blame the sellers I'm buying from.

Just an update:
Still in CO hell waiting for the seller to get the final inspection.
Supposedly Brookhaven is extremely backed up.

Has anyone recently been through the final inspection process with the Town of Brookhaven?
