Anyone know about Syosset and GMKJ builders? (Massapequa, Jericho: homes, new construction)

I see their homes in Massapequa and Syosset. Anyone have any experience with them or know someone living in one of their homes?

Also how are the homes close to Jericho, but on the north side of it? Does it lower home value being 2-3 streets over from such a busy street?

I dont personally know of these builders but there is new construction all over Syosset. The school system is highly rated in both areas and people will pay top dollar for any type of property.

Thanks thegreatalex. We are looking to spend no more than 1.1, but it appears its impossible to get a home over 2400 sq ft for that price in North Syosset, so the search continues.
