where's Manhasset?

edit> Editor's Note: Some school districts may not be ranked because they were not on the CollegeBoard's New York State Public Schools' SAT, SAT Subject Tests, AP, PSAT/NMSQT summary list.

Manhasset is a separate district from North Shore, which is Glen Cove's district.

Assuming folks are serious, Manhasset, North Shore. and Glen Cove are three separate school districts.

And BTW North Shore seems to have bounced back from whatever's been going on over there. 2016: 3 National Merit Semi-Finalists and 13 National Merit Commended Students.

I too was wondering if they were being serious.

"North Shore Central School District is a public school district located in northern Nassau County, in the North Shore region of Long Island, New York. It encompasses the villages and hamlets of Glenwood Landing, Glen Head, Sea Cliff, Old Brookville and parts of Greenvale and Roslyn Harbor."

It often seems like the LI High School rankings and test scores are closer scrutinized than the racing sheet at OTB's.

"...on Long Island."

One wouldn't say, "I live in a continent". "Trees grow in islands." "Man landed in the moon." etc.

[Edit: it's a boring thread...divergence is to be expected]
