Moving to Long Beach (Lynbrook: live in, parking, park)

Hello,

I am planning to move to Long Beach in about a month right now with my girlfriend (We currently live in Lynbrook). What do you all think about the area? I am moving to Lafayette Blvd. We will have to park on the street, any vandalism?

Vandalism won't be your problem..The closer you are to the beach, the worse your parking situation will be

I know someone that lives at Lafayette & Broadway. Never had an issues with vandalism parking on the street. I'm sure the occasional one off incident is possible but not all too common.
