I can't find anything online on it. According to apartmentreviews.com there is a Summerhill Pointe and it is rated as an absolute ghetto.

It is not in Summerlin but close by. Convenient and reasonably safe location. Good shopping/restaurants etc along Lake Mead.

See thats the problem with that website. Those apts are not the ghetto. If you happen to read all the reviews on that site, there is one person or more posting to them all saying it's ghettoed out on all of them.

Find a different place
The gates do not work. Several things have been stolen by us. Cars, Scooters, tools. Neighboors were robbed at gunpoint. Check reports with LVMPD.

What is the average rent price for a 2 bedroom house in a decent area?? My boyfriend and I have been looking at apartments online but a house would be great.
