Is there anywhere I can find out what the fees are at various condo or townhome communities in LV? Looking at multiple realtor listings and most don't tell the community let alone the fees.
Any help would be appreciated.

Proper MLS Listings show master plan and HOA fees. You simply need a Realtor to send them to you.

Ive noticed that condo conversions seem to charge a higher HOA fee than a regular townhome or condo community. I find that to be really weird.

Thanks...I was trying to narrow down my choices via realtor.com before contacting a real life realtor. Looking at condos or townhouses in the East section. We like Sam's and Boulder for entertainment. Thinking the fees might be lower in that area versus Henderson.
Any advice about communities in that area? Several look okay..Echo Bay, Canyon Willow, Blackhorse, Pacific Harbors to name a few I found.

95-110, 107-115, 110-125, 140-165 respectively. May be an even wider variation but that gives you the idea.
