Anyone here familiar with the festival. Thinking of going (couple in mid 70's) this September but was wondering how far the parking is from the venue and whether they have a shuttle to the venue?

Any other info would be helpful also.

Thanks.

Hadn't heard of this before so I googled it. If you scroll down to the bottom of the page below, just before the blue part of the page, you'll see "contact" for the Bill Monroe Bluegrass Music Foundation (organizers). More than likely you may be able to get your information if you contact them. Good luck and have fun!

As for me personally, I'd rather to go the same place, Beaver Dam, Ky., August 27 to see ZZ Top! lol

Thanks kygman.

I had already done that about a week ago but hadn't heard anything until this morning. They got back to me with all the info I was looking for.

ZZ Top looks good too. Have a great time!

I just said I'd LIKE to go. Only seats left are a grassy area for $124. That's about $125 more than I have to spend on something like that. lol
