tamaralj- Grayson county is not a mining town.. all the mining towns are in the eastern half of KY over near Lexington. Ashland is near the KY/WV border.



Okay, I know there is mining over there someplace. I meant to say coal trains, not trails when I posted. I've seen trains hauling coal. I used to work with a girl who said her brother worked in the mines near Grayson. So don't know where they are for sure.

Yes, I know Ashland is on the border of WVA. Pike county must be down from there on the border. Where the Hatfield and Mcoy were. Lots of logging there. I think.

lol you already said I was talking about the wrong place, I seen Grayson I didn't know that was a town in KY only thought it was the county on the western side.. it was my bad I read wrong :/..

Nope not Grayson or Hardin counties....but I know both Grayson and Hardin county very well as those areas more over near where my family lives, been all over those areas. Used to run dogs and foxhunt with my grandad in Hardin county just west of E-town headin over towards Breck county.....little town near there called "Vertrees Kentucky"

Anyways, back to the thread. they're talking about Grayson Kentucky which is over near Ashland on the other side of Lexington

Yea we have a house for sale in Cecilia... Thats why when I seen Grayson I assumed he was talking about the county and letting him know my house is still for sale. But now know they are talking about the other side of the state...Oh well was worth a try..

I didnt take the photos Our agent did.. I dont see where they are bad pics though..

What other info can I give? I said everything possible on there..
