Hey, I am thinking about moving near Georgetown. I'd like to move to a cute little town right outside of Georgetown. I'm looking for a house with a couple of acres (don't want neighbors real close) for around $130,000. Any suggestions??? I also want to be near a Christian school. Thanks!!

That's hard to answer precisely. I live in Cynthiana, about 20 minutes from Georgetown. Many people live here and drive to work at Toyota. I lived in Georgetown as a kid before it became a hot spot and got ruined by progress.

There's no towns outside of Georgetown unless you move here, centerville, or paris.

Your price range will work for any of those areas. For now. They are going up because of the growth.

Does Cynthiana have any new home subdivisions?
