Nobody knows that answer, but we finally broke to new highs. Let's see where the market closes today.
I know nobody knows the exact answer, maybe it is about opinion post or survey post, what do you think?
Now SP500 gain is about 100 points (this moment), not quite impressive so far (the daily gain was also big last week, for three days, not as big as today), wish it can gain more than 200 points (today) with the BIG vaccine news.
If we close strong today, I'd say we are likely to go higher, it won't be straight up, it would be nice to see a small pullback, so we don't get too extended and sink just as fast as we went up.
Well, if we’re all just giving opinions, here’s mine: we’re at or very near the peak. I think at least half the population won’t take the vaccine when it’s rolled out. I read something this morning that said only 60% of physicians and 40% of nurses would agree to take the vaccine. I would imagine the numbers to be even lower for the general population. I think there is a wave of layoffs coming at the top of the year. Wells Fargo is rumored to be getting ready to lay-off 50,000 workers.

That was on 60 Minutes last night, I think it was the lady in charge of the NJ Department of Health who surveyed a few thousand healthcare workers in her state and that was their response.

Only a hundred and something of the volunteers got the virus after getting the vaccine. That is too small a number to know if the vaccine might paradoxically increase the symptoms. That's why vaccines for this type of virus were never approved before -- they can make the disease worse instead of better.
Also keep in mind this vaccine does not prevent infection. So if you don't get the vaccine you are not endangering other people. No reason to force it. If they do, I hope there will be angry protests. Especially if so many medical professionals are afraid of it.
My posts about this get deleted, that is really a shame, people need to know.
