Hey, everyone. I am thinking about moving to Evansville and am wondering about White Oak Manor apartments in Evansville. I have a young preschool aged child and I need a place that does not have a lot of crime or drug problems. I am looking for somewhere peaceful. I also don't want someplace that is run down. Would White Oak Manor apartments in Evansville be a good place to move in to?

I don't see that name listed when I do a search of the area. Maybe you can give more info (like an address or an intersection) so people familiar with the area can better help you.

I don't know much about White Oak itself anymore, I can tell you that stretch of St Joe Ave is generally ok. You're around the corner from the bars and "nightlife" on Franklin St. I used to know people who lived in White Oak long ago, they said it was ok short term but not somewhere they wanted to be long term.
