When the OP said old school hippie type, I imagine a couple living out of one of those VW vans from like the 1960s next to a stream & meadow. I still think my place in Rankin, IL would fit the criteria with it being being close to a stream & open land So it'd be a nice place to set up an rv or somthing. There's even a barn right across from it that had a bunch of bee keeping stuff so i imagine bees were raised around there at one time. The neighbors might lean more conservative but i could be wrong. I haven't really talked to anyone around there in years.
