so I worked for my company about 9 years never went on unemployment until 2 years ago then they told me i would be fired the following year if i applied is this legal??so the next year i didnt but this year i am what do i need to know and whom do i need to talk with?not only did they do this but also took away the employees tips an extra 350 a week!!help lease
