Sandpoint is very horsey, with a few top trainers in different areas, although all of northern Idaho is very horsey.

Just our of curiosity - have you spent time here? The horse folks we've met from CA have all moved here or bought 2nd (or 3rd) homes after spending time here w/ their families and animals.

Will have our 5 acre property in PF for sale in the spring. All my neighbors have horses and we just sold our geldings. 2 stall barn with a hay barn for storage. Direct access to CDA trail.
