Well yeah. Space aliens have heard the rumor that real estate is cheap in Idaho. Unfortunately for them, due to the time required for space travel, they missed the bargain real estate by a couple of decades.
Knowing some of my neighbors I can clearly understand why so many UFOs are reported. Not saying there are more UFOs just saying my neighbors probably see a lot of things that are not there through the fog of beer and maybe some evil weed.

Beer and weed will not cause someone to think they see UFO'S. That would be shrooms and other hallucinogens.
Maybe it's the LDS? They believe in extraterrestrial planets.
