Our home has always been in the Treasure Valley, we moved to Minnesota through a job transfer and now after 20 plus years, we are coming back home.
Since the Boise area has practically tripled in size and housing costs are way too high for us, we are thinking of settling into the Payette area.
So, what can you tell me?
Best Cell Service? We have T-Mobile at present.
Internet? Is there a local service, always want to support local businesses.
Will we need a landline again?
Payette is close enough to Ontario (4 miles), and a large hospital, with just about everything we would need, plus Boise is less than an hour away, depending on how fast you drive.
Semi Retired, so no kids. Just a dog and a cat.
How about temporary housing, like apartments?
We plan on buying another home, just not sure how long it will take.
Our timeline will be spring 2020.
