Tuesday 19Sept - TD13e became TS Kenneth in the Eastern Pacific about 1/3 of the way between Mexico and Hawaii. As of 5pEDT/2pPDT Wed. 20Sept: satellite estimated winds 50mph(85km/h), moving WNW 10mph(17km/h), pressure 1000mb.


Expected to turn North late this week into the weekend and dissipate.
