I'm having trouble identifying it short of taking the front panel off. As it lives in the men's locker room at the gym, that might prove tricky. (I'm not above it! Don't get me wrong!)
I know this isn't a "house" issue but some of you are super knowledgeable. Thought I'd roll the dice.
If you are trying to get the soap dispensers back working, fergedaboudit. I dealt with those for far too long. The little gojo dispensers mounted on the mirror are the way to go. You wouldn't believe the disgusting stuff those bulk soap units are capable of creating and housing. I won't use them in a public restroom anymore, they are that bad.
Parts?
Like, what parts? Going to the OEM will probably cost you an arm and a leg. I'm sure whatever the parts are they can be sourced from other places.
That's awesome! I knew it! (How'd you do that?)
One of the faucet sensors isn't working. The soaps don't work either but they have the dispensers so that's not a problem.
I'd advocate replacing this monstrosity with separate sinks - one ADA compliant. I figure I'd cover all bases. There's limited space where this is located.
I spoke to a great tech guy about troubleshooting and repair parts. Always did like Bradley products.
