Round radial expanding table (tables, San Francisco, built, shop)

I bought this table 14 years ago and cannot remember the builder. It's a radial expanding table that was built in South San Francisco. The shop doesn't seem to be there anymore.

The table has two sets of leaves, it is shown with the middle size, second set. The table goes from 5 feet in diameter with no leaves, to 7 feet with the larger leaves. In this picture its 6 feet in diameter. Does anyone recognize it?

Lots of radial tables, but none with the wave shaped leaves

You may need to do a little detective work now. I would contact one or more of the image companies and describe the table that you have (wave shaped leaves) and even offer to email a photo to them. I can't imagine that they don't talk among themselves as it is a specialty item.
