Here's a study presented in Europe where people with Rheumatoid Arthritis who exercised 3 days a week for 60 minutes had after 3 months stabilized their disease progression. Some of the noted percentage improvements were 55% improved in their sit and stand test, 62% reduced their daily cortico steroid intake, 33% quit using NSAIDS, 40% improved their depression/anxiety and etc..etc..
