What happened to The Wig Company??? (look, buy)

Over the past couple years I've purchased several wigs from TLC (TheWigCompany.com). Did they go out of business? I returned a couple wigs to them last March and never received a refund. Their phones and website are claim they'll return in a few weeks and no one is available to speak to! They been gone since March with my refund money. Anyone else running into this?

I don't know it may be that I used them once upon a time. They seem shady. I use wigs.com

The Wig Co. had the best, large, glossy catalogs (no guarantee of integrity) but it's already May and they seemingly have disappeared (with my refund). I've had no issues ever with PaulaYoung.com. Will look into Wigs.com--thanks.
