I am thinking about buying a short sale in Tampa area. I was thinking about Tarpon Springs, or Holiday, or Port New Richey. I live in Chicago area. Does anybody know anything I need to know about this area regarding safety, and market right now. What I should be concern with? Thanks so much.

I was looking before in North Port area, but now I would like to check this place, because of the closeness to the big city.I love art and culture, but I would like to be close to nature too.
