Hi everyone! I am passionate about living life fully in the moment. My inward climb is about mindfulness, sillence and inner stillness. I feel that to achieve balance there needs too be harmony between mind and body. Pranayama, regulated breathing techniques can help bring the body back to normalcy. I am spiritually iclined and I have a page on Facebook called Self Discovery.

Hello All! I joined this group to share in the energy, love, and wisdom I see here. I'm a certified wellness coach but am not here to give unsolicited advice. I find the only way to live is through a holistic approach. Within the six-dimensions of wellness (occupational, intellectual, physical, emotional, social and spiritual) all are inter-related. For me, the most important tool in maintaining good health is serenity. Once I learned that and worked to manifest it deeply, life has been much less stressful. As a 'type A' personality, that was not an easy task. I began with a goal to sit still and do nothing for two minutes, then three, etc. Sitting still was the beginning of a wonderful journey to a stronger spiritual connection. Interestingly enough, because of learning to be calm, my weight greatly diminished and stabilized, my relationships improved, and many of the chronic conditions I had (including exema) disappeared. True story.

I read books by Wayne Dyer and Ekhart Tolle to keep me focused and trust the path I am on. Also do mantra chanting 3x a week which helps me stay positive.
