Hello everyone hope all is well with one everyone. I would like to explain why i want to join. I am a victim of Employment Discrimination. I could have sworn companies knew or know the law, but guess not. This company did everything they could do to try and get rid of me since 2019. In 2020 they found an opportunity and ran with it until I put a halt to it immediately and, well lets just say thats when they should have realized to leave me alone, but didnt. By the end of 2020 EEOC Charge was filed, so they found another opportunity right out the gate of 2020 and just entered 2021 and they went all in, and by that I mean faked write ups, anything I asked or grieved was denied and they even got the Union in their pocket and put the union against me. Needless to say i had the deck stacked and yes they faked enough paperwork, lied about investigations, rewrote documents andmuch more and Terminated me last year. Its been a hell of a year, not 1 attorney would take rhe case, to hard to prove rhey say.

I don't see anything wrong with two people that are in love no matter what they are.. black and white mixed. same sex mixed. I don't see how so many people care if a girl and girl are in love and want to get married. I say if they are happy and not affecting anyones daily living then its okay.

my lesbian partner of 4 years and i are fostering her grandchild for over 2 years. I am the primary caregiver to this child. My partner has ADHD and Multiple Sclerosis. I assist in her care. She owns the home we live in and has asked me to move out because we have differences with her son visiting the child. She is becoming verbally and physically abusive. What are my rights? Anyone have any advise?
