the CDD in Verano - according to the tax records is $1,480.00 a year -paid in your taxes

On that note: does anyone have a formula
to figure out all your monthly taxes and CDD
costs? It's not to tricky if your under age 65
without a Homested tax exemption. Without
these I was told to use 1.32% of the selling
price. Yet, with the Homested tax credit its hard
to estimate the CDD fees . thoughts?

Before you buy know what your CDD
county assessment fees will be per month.
