Table Rock Pickens County (place to live, club, timeshare)

Does anyone know much about the golf community The Rock Golf Club area in Pickens County? Would it be a good place to live year round (we know the general area just wondering about the actual development/club, restrictions, etc).

Its been oh 20 - 25 years since Ive been up there, it was part of Table Rock Resort then, if it existed under that name then, seems like I recall the building. (In laws had a timeshare there) Im sure its not the same place it was, but I could barely stand a week up there, no way would I live up there. Just felt weird in the area..............
