I want to preface this post as i'll be a first time home buyer. I'm looking to move ASAP out of NY (lifelong R in case you're wondering ) I work remotely and my husband will be losing his job as he has nothing lined up.
My question is..does anyone know of a RE agent that can handle my OCD and a remote buy? I know the sq footage/pretty much what i'm looking for, but i need an RE who can do a video walkthrough, knows the laws, has the connections for inspections etc and guide me through the process. I've taked to several RE's and they just give me their website, suggest houses and never return calls/texts.
This is a new territory for me, so I'd just like to get guidance.
Thanks!

we used Tracy Roberts

she helped us immensely , we were buying from out of state and unable to see anything in person

OP — your question is way too vague. The Upstate is a huge geographic area and I doubt there is a single agent who covers the whole area.

If you read lots of threads on here and narrow down an area of interest, then people may know someone who specializes in that area.

I have since moved ou of the area but I handled several purchases for out of state buyers who bought sight unseen. I did cover the whole upstate and still have many connections in the area. If you would like a recommendation just let me know.
