The is a neat new cafe/ice cream parlor called Coastal Cafe, very neat menu of quality offering. The owner is teaming up with Stewart from Antonio’s to do a “Sillo’s type development where the old Three & Twenty distillery was.

I drove through Powdersville Monday. BILO has nothing going on at it. Still vacant.

Anyone know what is being build beside the Arby's in Powdersville? They started clearing the land this past week.

Wondered the same thing, but heard nothing. What about the civil war “fort” they are building on that hill on hwy 153. I walked up there two weeks ago and the view of the mountains is amazing, engineering firm I share space with says it’s just more apartments, I’m not so sure.
