Still wanting to know what is going to be built at the spot next to the QT on Woodruff Road near Walmart. I know it was mentioned that the developer does a lot of car washes, but hoping that isn't what goes there.
wow...I had heard years ago that QT wanted to place a location at/near intersection of Laurens and Haywood...interesting now as there is a brand-new QT on Laurens/Fairforest Way just 1.5 miles away

Speaking of QT, noticed today a QT sign with one of those building permit boards attached has been erected in the parking lot of the former Harris Teeter/CVS shopping center (Ashmore Crossing- now home of GB Shoes) at corner of S Pleasantburg/Mauldin Rd..
Is there enough room at Laurens and Haywood now that the old Bojangles has been filled by Starbucks? I doubt it. I thought at one time it was said they were both (Bo's and Fox and Hound) going for a QT

And Verdae and Woodruff 2 miles away. They're gonna be like Subway or Edward Jones pretty soon; a location every 2 miles.
Large parcel of land on Hwy 14 going towards Landrum cleared on right side. Just after where you would turn to go to Campbell's Covered Bridge, and over small bridge over the Tygre River.
Could it possibly be the new Eagle Mountain Winery???
Lots of construction at the old Rendezvous location on Pelham Rd.
S.B.H BBQ Co. is coming there.
