And what do you expect will be gained by that? It won't keep people from packing heavy bags, it won't improve safety (as average passenger weight + average bag weight is already figured in to the preflight calculations, and the weight of paid freight + fuel dwarfs both), and the added revenue won't be used to increase passenger comfort. So what goal is this attended to achieve, apart from harassing fat people?
